Joel’s Tractors & Auction, LLC is only the selling agent and makes no representations regarding condition. Some items may be new or unused; however, boxes may be damaged and items may have scratches, imperfections, minor damage, or missing parts. BID ACCORDINGLY. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make all inspections PRIOR to bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This item will be sold LIVE ONSITE AND ONLINE. Online bidders must agree to all bidding terms before bidding. BUYER’S PREMIUM A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases, with a $15 minimum and a $1,500 maximum per item. Due to problems and delinquencies with Currency Capital in the past, we will NOT accept their financing on any items sold. PAYMENT TERMS - READ CAREFULLY ⚠️ ABSOLUTELY NO OUT-OF-STATE CHECKS AND NO CHECKS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL. ⚠️ NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED. ⚠️ NO PAYMENTS BY MAIL. ⚠️ CASH PAYMENTS ARE LIMITED TO $10,000.00 OR LESS. Full payment, including funds provided by your lending institution, must be received within three (3) business days. DOMESTIC BUYERS’ PAYMENT OPTION: PAYMENTS • Payment must be made within three (3) business days of the auction, no later than 4:30 PM CST on Tuesday, November 24th. First-time buyers are required to communicate with us prior to bidding. PICKUP Items must be removed within thirty (30) days by 4:30 PM on Friday, December 18th. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8-4:30 and ONE SATURDAY ONLY, November 21st from 8-3. Storage fees apply after thirty (30) days. Items not removed shall be resold or disposed of. NON-PAYING / DEADBEAT BIDDERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Bidding privileges may be revoked and further action will be taken.
