All firearms transfers and accompanying paperwork will be done at Witcher Auctions Home Office located at 2408 Highway 64, Wynne AR. FFL paperwork and gun pickup will be by appointment only. All firearms are also subject to a flat $25 FFL transfer fee in addition to the buyer’s premium. This fee applies whether you pick it up or have it shipped to another FFL A paid invoice from the auction will be required to be picked up. The buyer’s name on the auction invoice must match your state-issued photo ID and/or concealed carry permit in order to complete the transfer. Out-of-state buyers will have to have handguns shipped to an FFL in their state. ON-SITE PICKUP IS NOT ALLOWED. Long guns may be picked up on auction day by both in and out-of-state buyers with background checks. An Arkansas concealed carry permit negates the need for a background check. All other firearm purchases will be required to have a background check. Concealed carry permits MUST be Arkansas-issued in order to be accepted. Out-of-state concealed carry permit holders will be subject to a background check before receiving any firearms. A flat $25 FFL transfer fee will also still apply for concealed carry permits. Buyers who do not pass a background check are still liable for the purchase price of the firearm and no refunds will be given. Buyers will not be allowed to assume possession without meeting federal firearm law requirements. Background checks are relatively fast, but please be patient if you wait until after purchasing to do paperwork. The Delta Farm Products staff will process purchases pickups as fast as possible. HOWEVER, the auction catalog is not the Bible. You, as a bidder, should preview, inspect and research items to your satisfaction before bidding. We do not guarantee item details. We do not have X-ray vision and cannot predict mechanical failures. We cannot feasibly test electronic devices and systems. Stationary items are not inspected or tested in any way operationally, they are simply listed and/or photographed for your bidding pleasure. If an issue is noticed during listing, Witcher Auctions makes every reasonable effort to disclose it. If an issue arises at any point after the item is declared sold, it is the buyer's responsibility... even if during loadout. **If you make assumptions, they are yours...
