NOTE: A telehandler and telehandler operator will be provided to assist with removal. The Buyer is solely responsible for securing the bulk bin, removal and placement of chains, providing any necessary engineering instructions or direction for moving the bulk bin, and the overall removal process. Any pickups occurring between November 8, 2026 and November 18, 2026 at the Elgin location will be conducted without loading assistance from Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. To gain access to the property from Sunday, November 8th - Wednesday, November 18th after purchases have been completed, contact information will be provided to coordinate a pickup time prior to arrival.
