Property Condition: The property sells As-Is, Where-Is, with no warranties or representations made by the Seller or Auctioneer. Contingencies: The sale is not contingent upon financing, appraisal, or inspections. Buyers are encouraged to complete all inspections and due diligence before bidding.

Possession: Possession will be granted at closing. Broker Participation: A 3% cooperating commission is available to properly registered and licensed real estate brokers. Broker registration must be completed according to the auction’s broker participation requirements before the bidder places a bid.
