December Open Farm and Heavy Equipment Auction Day One Open Consignment Auction Accepting Equipment: October 12, 2026 - November 21, 2026 8 am to 5pm. Location: 2408 Highway 64, Wynne, AR 72396 + Surrounding Areas Type: ONLINE Only Bidding opens: Saturday, November 28 @ 12 noon Lots start closing: Thursday, December 3 @ 10am Online only Auction w/soft close Preview is welcome and encouraged daily M-F 8am-5pm, and the two Saturday immediately preceding the auction.

Buyers Premium: 10% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 3% on the balance of each item. 8.625% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Please note all items, other than on highway trucks & automobiles now require sales tax to be collected. We are required to collect sales tax on ATVs, UTVs, offroad motorcycles, boats w/ trailers, etc unless you have a resale exemption or are having delivered out of state by a 3rd party common carrier.

A bill of lading for out of state delivery is required for the out of state delivery exemption. Hammer price plus buyer's premium is the sell price. This is the price that sales tax is calculated on. Sales tax exemption documentation MUST be presented at checkout / payment to be accepted.

Witcher Auctions will not refund sales taxes for documentation produced / provided at a later date. 5% Convenience fee on all credit card and debit card purchases. A credit card is required to register and a $500 authorization will be run to check the validity of the card, but purchases will not be charged unless you instruct us to OR you don't pay your invoice within 48 hours of the auction close Auction Terms & Conditions All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

Preview of items is available any time prior to auction, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and Saturday, November 21, from 8am to 5pm and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyer's are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding.

All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final. Witcher Auctions staff makes every attempt to provide accurate information, such as year models, hours, mileage, etc in auction listings... HOWEVER, the auction catalog is not the Bible. You, as a bidder, should preview, inspect and research items to your satisfaction before bidding.

We do not guarantee item details. We do not have X-ray vision and cannot predict mechanical failures. We cannot feasibly test electronic devices and systems. Stationary items are not inspected or tested in any way operationally, they are simply listed and/or photographed for your bidding pleasure.

If an issue is noticed during listing, Witcher Auctions makes every reasonable effort to disclose it. If an issue arises at any point after the item is declared sold, it is the buyer's responsibility... even if during loadout. **If you make assumptions, they are yours... Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for them.

All items sell as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final.** Buyer understands and expressly agrees any statements or representations concerning the value, condition or quality, useful life, or use of the item made by the owner or Auction Company to the buyer is simply opinion, not statements of fact, and do not create any promise, warranty, or guarantee for the buyer's benefit.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to physically inspect items prior to bidding. It is not the consignor/seller's responsibility to physically inspect items for buyers. Any loading assistance offered is a courtesy. Witcher Auctions will make every effort to assist with loading during the listed loadout dates/times if available.

Witcher Auctions is not responsible for any injury or damage during loadout. Any buyer or buyer's representative that uses Witcher Auctions' machinery to load themselves, does so at their own risk. Neither Witcher Auctions, it's sellers or any property owner is responsible for security, damage or personal injury before, during or after an auction event.

Buyers and their agents agree to participate at their own risk. Buyer shall be responsible for any and all taxes, shipping costs, and shipping or delivery arrangements. Buyer is responsible for abiding by loadout assistance dates/times as well as item removal deadlines.
