Card Convenience Fee: 4% Load Fees: Mandatory on specified items Payment can be made onsite by Cash, Credit, Wire, Check (Checks from new bidders will NOT be accepted without a bank letter of guarantee). Wire Transfer instructions/Tax Exemption form will be sent via email (Please check your spam/junk folders if not received by 3:00 pm of closing day).

Wire: Add $15 for Transfer Fee. Auction Preview: Monday, November 9th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Auction Closing: Tuesday, November 10th Beginning at 10:00 am CST (Soft Close) Auction Checkout: (Closing times are sharp) Wednesday, November 11th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (No Forklift Onsite) Thursday, November 12th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (Items with Load fees) Payment and removal is due by 3:00 pm on November 12th.

We will process all outstanding invoices at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period, including a 4% card convenience fee. Items remaining beyond 3:00 pm of November 12th will be considered abandoned regardless of payment status. If you have several items/time consuming items to pick up, DO NOT wait until the end of the day to show up.

You will be charged an upfront fee of $150/Hour to keep the building open and staffed. Rigging: We will have a forklift onsite on November 12th only. Items with posted load fees must be picked up on this day. Should you need assistance loading items without a posted load fee, you can hire the rigger.

There will be absolutely no scrap disassembly allowed anywhere on this property. This includes cutting with saw/torch, dragging/tossing of items, filling of dumpsters/roll-offs. Shipping: Available for "Hand Carry" Type Items Only. There will be a fee of $20 per lot to haul "BTO/UPS" items back to our warehouse for shipping or pickup from our Blaine, MN warehouse.

Make sure to include your Invoice number and mailing address if different from your address on file. Pay your invoice immediately if you'd like your items shipped. Your card on file will be charged for UPS shipping charges and any BTO fees once your items have been packaged. An additional UPS pickup fee will be added to any declined or expired cards.

Please allow up to (7) business days after the final day of checkout for packaging to be completed. You will receive tracking info via email and text through Quantum Ship once your packages have been picked up. UPS Shipping can be expensive and higher than expected UPS shipping costs do not absolve you from completing this transaction.

We do not provide shipping estimates. Please use any posted weights/dimensions to calculate shipping costs if desired. Insurance will be added automatically to all invoices over $300. The posted Fees/Dates/Times are Non-Negotiable. DO NOT BID if You are unable to abide by any of the posted details.
